Pharmaceutical rigor, applied to skin firmness.

Over time, the skin produces less collagen and its supporting network weakens: it loses density and features begin to sag. At the same time, its barrier is less able to retain water, and the skin becomes dehydrated more quickly.

To act on both fronts, Clarté Laboratoire has kept only the essentials: a firming lipoamino acid, carnosine, a medical-device-grade hyaluronic acid and a ceramide. Each is chosen for its mode of action and dosed to be effective.

• Firms. Sepilift™ DPHP, a derivative of hydroxyproline, one of the amino acids in collagen, is dosed at 1%, its effective concentration. Skin feels firmer.

• Softens. Carnosine supports skin firmness and elasticity while helping protect it against oxidative stress.

• Hydrates. Low-molecular-weight, medical-device-grade hyaluronic acid deeply hydrates the epidermis.

• Protects. Ceramide NG, identical to the skin’s own ceramides, helps the epidermis retain water and preserves the integrity of the skin barrier.

Together, they firm and hydrate the skin, in a gel-cream texture that absorbs instantly with no greasy finish.
