I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT / MY ORDER?

Yes, that is possible; we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense and we do not refund the initial delivery costs.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A RETURN?

For the return and refund to be processed under the best conditions, we ask that you kindly follow the steps below: (Without this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

1. Send us an email at contact@clarte-laboratoire.com indicating your order number and informing us of your withdrawal request. From this date, you have 14 days to send the products back to us (shipping date).

2. Check that every product is in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged will not be refunded.

3. Please include the order number in question as well as your first and last name inside the package with the product(s).

4. Choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept any claims for a potential lost package.

I HAVE MADE A RETURN; HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?

Our refund processing time is on average one to 2 weeks. These timeframes may vary depending on the transit of your package and the time taken to receive and verify the condition of the products at our warehouse.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS?

- For Metropolitan France, the Customer can choose between several delivery methods, for which costs and delivery times vary:

• Colissimo – Tracked home delivery (in mailbox) within 48 to 72 working hours - free for purchases over €80, otherwise €4.90

• Mondial Relay – Delivery to a pick-up point within 3 to 5 days - Free for purchases over €80, otherwise €4.90

- For Europe and the United Kingdom: home delivery with Colissimo, free for purchases over €120; otherwise, costs vary by country.
